DNV in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated Compliance and Customer Relationship Administrator to monitor the technical review process, update the JASANZ portal, and oversee payments and contractual obligations.

You will collaborate daily with technical reviewers, sales and planning, ensuring audit documentation quality and supporting process improvements including a switch to upfront payment. Strong information management and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining positive client relationships and accurate information handling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and NGPS for data integrity and audit readiness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technical review process for compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Update JASANZ portal with current certificate status for suspended/withdrawn cases.
• Monitor payment status and link to technical review and submission.
• Follow up with customers on meeting financial contractual obligations.
• Monitor submission timeframes to meet NDIS scheme requirements.
• Ensure auditors comply with scheme requirements with documentation.
• Update NGPS to ensure correct customer and audit related information.
• Handle day-to-day customer queries on audit reports and status.
