Job summary

DNV Careers in Malaysia is seeking an administrator to oversee the end-to-end technical review process, ensure compliance, and maximise customer satisfaction. You will maintain the JASANZ portal with current certificate statuses for suspended or withdrawn cases and monitor payments tied to reviews and submissions.

You will follow up with customers to meet financial obligations and ensure timely submissions aligned with NDIS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of entirety of technical review process ensuring both compliance and maximisation of customer satisfaction
• Ensuring JASANZ portal is updated per current certificate status of cases that are suspended or withdrawn
• Monitoring payment status, linked directly to technical review and submission
• Follow up with customers on meeting their financial contractual obligations
• Rigours monitoring and follow up on timeframes of submission ensuring we meet NDIS scheme requirements
• Ensuring auditors comply with scheme requirements with documentation provided
• Updating NGPS system to ensure correct customer and audit related information
• Day to day customer interaction on queries on audit report and status of technical review and submission
• Super-user access of NGPS assisting all teams where necessary with data updating and accuracy
• Collaborating daily with technical reviewers, sales and planning department
• Critical role in the planned process improvement and implementation of switch to upfront payment
• Any other administrative tasks assisting with process improvement
