Job summary

MEWAHMAS RESOURCES SDN. BHD. seeks a highly organized Customer Management professional to bridge customers, operations, and regulatory compliance. You will handle end-to-end onboarding, inquiries, and documentation to ensure smooth processes in a fast-paced environment.

Work with Finance and Admin teams to meet LHDN, KPKT, and internal policies, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service to customers across language groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; other dialects preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and facilitate onboarding including agreement preparation and enrolment for Curlec.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
• Perform stamping assessment via LHDN portal with Finance Team.
• Monthly update Lampiran A and print official receipts for filing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer details according to company policies.
• Attain knowledge of KPKT requirements and handle auditor inquiries.
• Coordinate resources and utilize assets to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
• Ensure office maintenance tasks are completed with Admin Department.
