Job summary

Shenzhen Colibri Technologies Co., Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support and Design specialist in Penang to provide remote and on-site support for automation products. You will design customized automation solutions, run feasibility studies, and prepare comprehensive documentation.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering, strong CAD skills, and experience with PLC/SCADA systems. Expect worldwide travel and collaboration with software and hardware teams to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical support and design within automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, robotics).
• Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Job Description :

• Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to our automation products.

Job Requirement :

• Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, and industrial robotics.
• Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)..
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Flexibility and willingness to travel globally as required for customer visits or project deployments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Open to travel Globally, to multiple locations worldwide.Proficient in written & oral English, good command of Mandarin/Chinese language and speaker,will be an added advantage.
