Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in technical support and design within automation.
Strong knowledge of automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, robotics).
Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
