Job summary

Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable Technical Solutions Team Lead to co‑lead a technical Solutions team, manage project delivery, and coordinate installation works. You will support customer engagements and ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions and services.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in project coordination with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT solutions, technical support, system implementation, project delivery, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, device support or related fields.
• Experience in technical, project coordination or implementation roles is an advantage.
• Experience in handling customer meetings, vendor coordination, technical presentations and project implementation activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the Technical Solutions team in daily operations and project delivery.
• Manage technical resources, task allocation, work schedules, installation activities and project timelines.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee onsite installation, deployment, configuration, testing and handover activities.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers, vendors, principals and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct and manage technical meetings with customers, project teams, vendors and principals.
• Provide technical consultation, solution explanation, product demonstration and technical presentation when required.
• Support pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, including technical discussion, site assessment, requirement gathering and solution clarification.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, manage risks and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, project updates, implementation reports, handover documents and related records.
• Ensure technical work is completed according to project scope, customer requirements and company standards.

Bintara Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable, hands‑on and responsible Technical Solutions Team Lead to join our Technical Solutions team. The successful candidate will co‑lead technical resources, manage project implementation activities, coordinate installation works, support customer engagements, and ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions and services.

This role is suitable for a technical professional with strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, experience in project coordination, and the ability to work closely with customers, vendors, principals, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the Technical Solutions team in daily operations and project delivery.
• Manage technical resources, task allocation, work schedules, installation activities and project timelines.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee onsite installation, deployment, configuration, testing and handover activities.

• Support troubleshooting, escalation management and technical issue resolution.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review work progress, challenges, project updates and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety practices and technical best practices.
• Perform other duties and technical projects assigned by management.

Applicants must possess at least a

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT solutions, technical support, system implementation, project delivery, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, device support or related technical fields.
• Prior experience in technical, project coordination or implementation role is an advantage.
• Experience in handling customer meetings, vendor coordination, technical presentations and project implementation activities is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoint devices, networking, software applications, cloud services, cybersecurity or enterprise IT solutions.
• Able to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical actions or implementation plans.
• Able to coordinate installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and handover activities.
• Familiar with technical documentation, project reports, user guides, implementation plans and issue logs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, video conferencing solutions, endpoint management, remote support tools, cybersecurity solutions or business software solutions will be an advantage.
• Able to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and solution briefings confidently.
