Job summary

Krayden, Inc. seeks a Technical Sales professional in Malaysia to identify customer needs and provide Krayden solutions. You will engage with purchasing and engineering, troubleshoot complex requests, and collaborate with service, operations, and suppliers.

You will promote Krayden products, retain accounts, and develop key account plans to grow share of customers' supply needs. Travel to customers and trade shows is expected.

Qualifications

• B2B technical-sales experience in electronics manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in B2B technical sales or applications.
• Solder materials and SMT process knowledge preferred.
• Experience selling to multinational EMS or electronics manufacturers preferred.
• Proficient with pricing, margin management, forecasting and account planning.
• Strong communication, PC skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Outbound engagements with customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden solutions, including interactions with purchasing and engineering.
• Troubleshoot complex customer problems, inquiries and service requests.
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, finance, technical teams and suppliers.
• Promote products and services.
• Retain sales in assigned accounts.
• Provide first level technical support to customers.
• Develop and implement Key Account Management and Planning to identify additional business opportunities and secure greater share of customers' supply needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit timely pipeline, forecast, activity and account-development reports.
• Coordinate investigation, escalation and resolution of commercial, technical, quality and supply issues.
• Conduct routine sales travel to visit customers and attend trade shows.
