Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B technical-sales or application experience in electronics manufacturing
• Degree in a technical discipline related to the role
• Understanding of solder materials and SMT processes preferred
• Experience selling to multinational EMS or electronics manufacturers preferred
• Excellent communication and language skills (verbal and written)
• Strong commercial skills including pricing, margin management, forecasting and account planning

Responsibilities

• Outbound engagements with customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden solutions, including interactions with purchasing and engineering
• Troubleshoot complex customer problems, inquiries and service requests
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, finance, technical teams and suppliers
• Promote products and services
• Retain sales in assigned accounts
• Provide first level technical support to customers
• Develop and implement Key Account Management and Planning to identify additional business opportunities and secure greater share of customers' supply needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit timely pipeline, forecast, activity and account-development reports
• Coordinate investigation, escalation and resolution of commercial, technical, quality and supply issues
• Conduct routine sales travel to visit customers and attend trade shows
