Job summary

Hoymiles in Malaysia is seeking an experienced regional technical service professional to join a fast-growing, diverse team delivering smart energy solutions.

You will lead regional technical service activities, support sell-through and post-sales efforts, provide product installation and system operation guidance, and resolve warranty requests.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electronics/Electrical, has 5+ years in the solar industry, and communicates fluently in English.

• Minimum 5 years of solar industry experience.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

In this role you will:

• Responsible for regional technical service responsibility
• Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the region
• Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational matters
• Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requests
• Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
• Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinars
• Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
• Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
• Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activities
• Provide sales and marketing support as needed

We are looking for:

• Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
• Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a must
• Good communicator with fluent English
