Job summary

Spec Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Sales / Project Engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome and you will interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Role involves promoting products, managing projects, preparing quotations, and traveling locally and abroad with training provided by the company. Reliable transport and willingness to travel are required, with a base salary range and commission as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical, or Chemical)
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for client interactions
• Own transport and willingness to travel locally and abroad
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience encouraged to apply
• Local and overseas training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s proprietary products and solutions
• Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare quotations, technical documentation, and tender submissions
• Coordinate and manage assigned projects from initiation to completion
• Participate in technical discussions and project kick-off meetings

1) Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical engineering background but also open for Chemical Engineering.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Possess own transport and willing to travel local & abroad.
• Fresh Graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in related field are encouraged to apply.
• Local & oversea training will be provided.
• Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000

3) Key Responsibilities:
