Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center infrastructure or adjacent industries with a track record in solution sales, pre-sales or product management.
• Strong technical understanding of modular data center systems, power distribution and cooling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with engineering, finance and supply chain without direct authority.
• Ability to present costed solutions to executives and engineers.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Convert client requirements into detailed solution proposals with power, cooling, and installation logistics.
• Engage with engineering, procurement, and project management teams early design stages.
• Partner with product, engineering, and supply chain to drive standardization and cost reductions.
• Develop reusable sales materials like battlecards and reference architectures for regional teams.
• Coordinate with regional sales leaders to validate leads and move opportunities to signed agreements.
