Job summary

Perfect Laboratory (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive farm and livestock product sales. You will identify customers, conduct on-site demos and farm visits, and provide technical support to veterinary professionals and agricultural organizations.

In this role you will coordinate with a veterinary team, present solutions for animal hormone and reproductive products, and coordinate field trials while aiming to meet aggressive regional expansion targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Animal Science or related field.
• Knowledge of cattle reproduction, herd management, AI, or animal-health products preferred.
• Experience in technical sales to livestock, dairy, veterinary sectors is an advantage.
• Existing contacts with cattle farms, veterinarians, distributors, or agricultural organisations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel for farm and customer visits.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win farm, livestock and vet accounts via on-site demos and visits.
• Sell animal hormone and reproductive solutions for cattle and dairy.
• Own regional market expansion and hit sales targets.
• Develop customers in cattle, dairy, livestock sectors and vet professionals.
• Coordinate with technical team for on-site support.
• Arrange product demonstrations, field trials, and presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales forecasts.
• Follow up on leads, trials and customer feedback.
• Build long-term relationships with farms, veterinarians and distributors.
• Monitor market prices and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with admin, logistics and operations for delivery.
• Support payment follow-up and resolve service issues.
• Achieve sales and market expansion targets.
