Job summary

Manuka Biotech Sdn Bhd is hiring a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in Malaysia and expand into international markets. You will leverage an established customer network in animal nutrition and drive growth across feed manufacturers, farms and distributors.

The role requires 3–5 years of proven sales experience and a strong network within Malaysia's livestock and animal feed industry. Travel is expected as the business grows internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in animal nutrition or related industries.
• Established professional network within Malaysia's livestock, poultry or animal feed industry.
• Ability to independently generate leads, manage accounts and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by leveraging established relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage and expand relationships with feed manufacturers, integrators, farms and distributors.
• Identify qualified sales opportunities and convert them into orders.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations.

We specialise in functional fatty-acid solutions for the livestock, poultry and aquaculture industries.

• Drive sales growth by leveraging established industry relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage and expand relationships with feed manufacturers, integrators, farms and distributors.
• Identify qualified sales opportunities and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Explore international business opportunities as the role progresses.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, premixes, veterinary products or related industries.
• Established professional network within Malaysia's livestock, poultry or animal feed industry.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts.
• Ability to independently generate leads, manage accounts and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and willing to travel.
• Background in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture or related disciplines is an advantage.
