Job summary
IBRONX SDN. BHD. seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to drive new business across Malaysia and South East Asia from Shah Alam. You will blend technical expertise with consultative selling to identify market opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
Based in Shah Alam, you will build relationships with clients, perform assessments, deliver proposals, and support customers post-sale while targeting growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales or new business development within a B2B environment.
- Strong technical background in engineering or related field.
- Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Malaysia and SEA.
- Conduct technical assessments and needs analysis for prospects.
- Develop and deliver tailored technical solutions and proposals.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Present product demonstrations and technical capabilities to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasible solutions.
- Prepare technical docs, specs and quotes for opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and BD objectives.
- Provide post-sale technical support and identify upsell opportunities.
