Job summary

Seco Tools LLC is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to drive sales by understanding customer needs, promoting SECO solutions, and coordinating with regional teams. You will build relationships with customers and distributors while supporting marketing and product initiatives.

The role requires market prospecting, CRM accuracy, and collaboration across internal departments to deliver value and drive growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent with experience in one of the key industry segments or distribution area.
• Languages: English native speaker or English A2 min + Foreign native language fluency.
• IT competencies: Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint…), ERP and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the market and hunt opportunities.
• Present and promote SECO solutions to customers.
• Coordinate SECO resources with internal teams and distributors.
• Manage customer portfolio and CRM input; track opportunities and contracts.
• Drive business by leveraging CRM data and coordination with regions.
