Job summary

Seco Tools is seeking a Sales Professional based in Subang Jaya to drive market opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value to customers. You will promote SECO tools and services, analyze market trends, and support distribution channels as needed.

The role requires strong relationship-building, CRM proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with regional sales, service, and finance teams to meet sales objectives and deliver customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent with experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.
• Languages: English native speaker or English A2 min + foreign language fluency.
• Knowledge of cutting tools and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the market and hunt opportunities, and update CRM with potential customers and contacts.
• Present and promote SECO solutions (products and services) and analyze sales in your sector.
• Lead the distribution network (if applicable) and train distribution vendors about products and services.
• Drive business by exploiting CRM data, coordinating actions until delivery, and monitoring costs and trials.
• Report results to regional management and participate in annual sales planning.
