Job summary

AESSEAL Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage and grow key customer accounts and to acquire new clients in line with company direction.

You will lead business development, promote mechanical seal services, and deliver value-driven solutions while helping customers improve reliability and reduce environmental impact.

This role requires strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to work independently to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in technical services or mechanical seals.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical seals, maintenance, and service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing customer relationships and service contracts.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mechanical seal services (installation, repair, maintenance).
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide expert technical advice on sealing solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Lead price discussions and contract terms.
• Analyze market needs to refine sales strategies.
• Track sales performance and report progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure service delivery.
