Job summary

Power-Cam, based in Johor Bahru, seeks a technical sales professional to develop business opportunities and grow customer accounts across Malaysia. You will visit industrial clients, engineering firms, and end users to understand requirements and promote engineered equipment while coordinating with our international principals.

The role requires 1–5 years in technical sales or engineering roles, strong communication, and willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• 1-5 years in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, compressors or process equipment is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and drive are welcome.
• Must be able to travel within Malaysia and have a driving license.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Technical & Service Coordination

This is not primarily a hands-on service position. For installation, commissioning and technical service activities, you will coordinate between the customer, PowerCam and our Principal's technical/service supervisor.

Coordinate site visits, commissioning and technical support activities.

Support Principal engineers/supervisors during customer site activities and follow up outstanding technical matters.

Who We Are Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Mechatronics or another relevant Engineering/Technical discipline.

Preferably 1-5 years of technical sales, industrial sales, application/project engineering or other customer-facing engineering experience.

Experience with industrial equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, process/mechanical equipment or Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries is an advantage.

Fresh engineering graduates with strong communication skills, initiative and genuine interest in technical sales are welcome to apply.

Commercially driven, self-motivated and disciplined in customer follow-up.

Good written and spoken English; willing to travel within Malaysia.

Valid driving licence and own car required for customer visits.

Based in or willing to be based in Johor Bahru
