Job summary

Seco, a global metal cutting and machining solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur to drive sales by market prospecting, managing the distribution network, and offering technical guidance to customers.

You will build strong internal and external relationships, coordinate with regional teams, and support distributors with CRM updates, price offers, and delivery coordination. A bachelor’s in engineering and ERP/CRM proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in metal cutting or distribution sales is a plus.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect the market and drive the distribution network to meet targets.
• Present and promote SECO solutions to customers and distributors.
• Update CRM with customer information and track opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and pricing.
• Report progress to regional management and participate in planning.
