Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales/specification professional to service consultants and distributors and promote our construction products. The role requires reading drawings, strong communication, and travel readiness across regions.

You will engage with clients, prepare tender documents and proposals, and present technical solutions. Fluency in English and Malay is mandatory, with Mandarin as an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in engineering, construction or related fields.
• Prior experience in sales or specification is a plus.
• Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings (schematic drawing, 2D drawing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, Malay is mandatory. Also, able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage as require to handle with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend, service, and promote company products to consultants and distributors.
• Maintain good relationships by identifying client needs and developing appropriate strategies to meet them.
• Prepare proposals, provide solutions, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Conduct product briefings and organize presentations/workshops for clients.
• Liaise with clients on all technical aspects.
• Identify and gather new business opportunities/potential leads and expand dealer network.
• Gather market intelligence for the Manager by monitoring market movements.
