Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a capable engineer with a Diploma/Degree in engineering, construction or related fields to service consultants and distributors, promote products, and develop technical proposals.

You will read construction drawings, liaise with clients on technical aspects, present solutions, and help grow the dealer network while traveling to regional sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in engineering, construction or related fields.
• Prior experience in sales or specification is a plus.
• Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings (schematic, 2D).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Malay is mandatory; Mandarin adds advantage.
• Willing to travel and cover other regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend, service, and promote company products to consultants and distributors.
• Maintain good relationships by identifying client needs and developing strategies.
• Prepare proposals, provide solutions, and tender documents.
• Conduct product briefings and organize presentations/workshops for clients.
• Liaise with clients on all technical aspects.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer network.
• Gather market intelligence for the Manager by monitoring market movements.
