Job summary

Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn Bhd in Hulu Selangor, Selangor, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge manufacturing and industrial clients. You will manage the complete OEM/ODM sales cycle, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and drive growth in the Aluminium Die Casting sector.

The role offers exposure to pricing, negotiations and project coordination, with on-site engagement across the factory and customer bases. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn Bhd – Hulu Selangor, Selangor

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our manufacturing floor and industrial clients. In this role, you will manage the complete OEM/ODM sales cycle, collaborate closely with our production and engineering teams, and drive business growth for our Aluminium Die Casting industry.

Key Responsiblities:

• Sales & Business Development: Drive OEM/ODM sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing pricing proposals, and leading contract negotiations alongside sales directors.
• Technical Consulting & Liaison: Collaborate with the engineering team to translate customer drawings, tooling specifications, and project requirements into final products.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with Master Planning and Production to negotiate project timescales.
• Process Optimization: Identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities during the sales-to-production handoff to increase manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of technical sales, project management, or application engineering experience. Experience in Die Casting, foundry, or precision tooling environment will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed and will be considered

Skills (Training provided):

• Basic knowledge or academic exposure to reading blueprints, engineering specifications, or CAD drawing is preferred. Prior understanding of cold chamber Die Casting and mould fabrication is not a must as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
