Heraeus Electronics seeks an experienced technical professional to provide APAC-wide support for solder materials, including solder wire, solder paste, and sinter paste. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, train customers, and drive product launches with R&D and marketing.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in engineering, brings 10+ years of relevant experience, and speaks fluent Mandarin to support cross-border interactions.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing technical support for Heraeus assembly materials across APAC, including solder wire, solder paste (for Die Attach, SMT, and SiP modules), and sinter paste products. Delivers technical training, manages customer technical issues, and leads customer-specific projects and solutions. Collaborates with Product Marketing and R&D on the specification, characterization, and launch of new products. Supports customer complaint resolution through 8D reporting and provides end-to-end technical and application support from pre-sales to post-sales activities. Works closely with Sales Account Managers to drive new business opportunities and customer development while supporting sample builds and application services in the HMSL Lab to meet customer requirements.
