Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced CNC technician to join our precision machining team. You will operate both CNC milling and turning machines, provide technical support to customers, and work with sales to meet targets.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in precision machining, has 4–5 years of CNC experience, and communicates fluently in English with overseas clients. You will train users, troubleshoot issues, and help develop multi-industry projects.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of CNC machine working experience.
• Able to operate both CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
• Fluent in English to communicate with overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
• Build and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place
• Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing
• Troubleshoot machine breakdown
• Training customers on how to use machines
• To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior
