Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan XY Master is seeking a skilled CNC Technician in Johor to operate and program CNC milling and turning machines. The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to train customers on machine operation.

You will support sales teams and help maintain customer relationships across projects. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Precision Machining and have 4–5 years of CNC experience, with fluency in English for overseas communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of CNC machine working experience.
• Able to operate both CNC milling and turning machines.
• Fluent in English to communicate with overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Setup and commission CNC Mill and CNC Turn machines at customer site.
• Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns.
• Train customers on how to use machines.
• Fulfill ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
