Job summary
Jora Malaysia is hiring a Sales & Service Engineer to provide technical support, install and commission CNC machines at customer sites in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. You will perform CNC programming, diagnose issues, and train clients on machine use.
We expect 4-5 years CNC experience, with the ability to operate both milling and turning centers, and strong English communication for international customers. Working hours are 8.30pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma or any technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of CNC Machine working experience.
- Able to operate both CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
- Candidate must be fluent in English, in order to communicate with oversea customers.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating & maintain the machines.
- Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place
- Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing
- Troubleshoot machine breakdown
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of CNC machine coolant systems.
- Training customers on how to use machines
- To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior
