Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced CNC Technician to support customers by operating CNC milling and turning machines, performing programming, and troubleshooting on-site. You will build strong relationships with clients and work with the sales team to meet targets while ensuring proper setup and commissioning of equipment at customer locations.

The role requires a Diploma in Precision Machining or equivalent and 4-5 years of CNC experience, with fluent English for overseas communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of CNC machine working experience.
• Able to operate CNC milling and turning machines.
• Fluent in English for communicating with overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and advise customers on operating and maintaining the machines.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Set up and commission CNC mill and CNC turn machines at customer sites.
• Ability to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns.
• Train customers on how to use machines.
• Fulfilling any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
