Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a technically trained Engineer to provide technical sales support, customer coordination, and marketing coordination across the customer lifecycle. You will bridge Customers, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure timely quotation, order closure, delivery, and after-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in customer engineering, technical sales support, project coordination, or related roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support & Proposal Management: prepare technical quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Quotation Follow-Up & Customer Order Closure Support: follow up quotations and customer responses until order closure.
• Customer Order Coordination & Delivery Management: coordinate orders, monitor manufacturing schedules, and communicate progress to customers.
• Existing Customer Support & Account Coordination: manage existing customers, repeat orders, and servicing activities.
• Warranty Claims & RMA Coordination: handle warranty claims and RMA with involved teams and customers.
• Marketing & Exhibition Coordination: support marketing through event coordination and activities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: act as a bridge between Customers, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
• Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement: gather feedback and drive improvements in workflows.
