Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical sales environment.
• Strong technical aptitude combined with proven sales capability, with the ability to translate complex product and engineering information into clear, compelling customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing strong rapport with potential and existing customers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical and engineering information on products, services, and equipment by responding to questions and requests.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning a strategic sales call schedule to maximize territory coverage.
• Prepare strategic sales plans for assigned territories with equipment demonstrations and presentations.
• Follow up on open-term invoices to ensure timely payment collection and healthy accounts receivable.
• Prepare sales activity reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and trends.
• Update customer information and communication in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
• Contribute to team objectives by delivering results aligned with business priorities.
