Job summary

ACI Sciences (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in the chemical, radiopharmaceutical, and analytical instrument sectors. You will work closely with customers, identify opportunities, and promote the company’s products while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong organizing skills, English and Bahasa fluency, and a valid driving license. Immediate availability is preferred. Prior chromatography or radiopharmaceutical exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry (Bachelor or Master) is required.
• Well organized with good business and market sense.
• 1–2 years of experience in Chemical, especially Chromatography or Radiopharmaceuticals (advantage).
• Fluent in English; Bahasa fluency preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have own car and valid driving license.
• Immediate availability preferred in chemical manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales activities of our products.
• Provide quality services to customers.
• Identify high-potential key customers and maintain relationships.
• Promote company products and services; record and process related documents in CRM.
• Report and analyze sales trends and customer feedback to Sales Manager.
• Analyze opportunities in each sale case and monitor competitors in accounts.
• Collaborate with technical service to approach sales targets.
• Observe market and prospects of purification, analytical instruments, and medical devices.
• Participate in and lead negotiations.
• Enter Lead/Contact/Account data and update Deals in CRM.
• Arrange shipping documents including Letters of Credit or T/T with banks, Local Quotation and Sale Orders in CRM.

Job Description

• 1.Responsible for handling sales activities of our products

• 5.Reporting and analyzing the sales trend and customer feedback to Sales Manager
• 6.Analyzing the opportunity of each sale case and the competitor in each account
• 7.Work with technical service for approaching the sale target
• 8.Observe the market and prospects of purification, analytical instruments, and medical devices.
• 9.Participate and lead positive negotiations.
• 10.Input the information of Lead, Contact, Account and update Deal in Customer Relation Management (CRM) system
• 11.Arrange all shipping documents including, Letter of Credit or T/T with respected bank, Local Quotation and Sale Order in Customer Relation Management (CRM) system

Qualification

• 1. Degree holder of CHEMISTRY only (Master or Bachelor Degree holder)
• 2. Well organized with strong business and market sense
• 3. With 1-2 years experiences in Chemical especially in Chromatography background or Radiopharmaceutical field (Nuclear Medicine), would be advantaged
• 4. Able to use English and Bahasa in-fluently
• 5. Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 6. Have own car and license
• 7. Immediately available is preferred Industry Chemical Manufacturing
