Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate hardware and software upgrade deployments across the AMEA, ANZ and LACR regions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on current supported versions.

The candidate will leverage expertise in Dimetra/Astro infrastructure and collaborate with system engineers, solution architects, and field managers to deliver complex upgrades and integrations on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Telecommunications, CS, EE, SE, or IT)
3–7 years of proven technical project management experience in telecom networks, systems integration, software deployments, or IT managed services
Strong background in LMR/Wireless systems (TETRA, APX, P25) and IT terminology
Proficient with modern PM tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional upgrade projects within AMEA, ANZ and LACR regions.
Drive technical discussions and translate complexity into actionable delivery plans.
Maintain governance over baselines, scopes, dependencies, schedules and KPIs.
Provide regular status reports, risk assessments and escalation metrics to leadership.
