Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to plan and coordinate hardware and software upgrades across the AMEA MSS customer base. You will lead cross-functional upgrade projects, drive discussions, evaluate architecture, and translate complexity into actionable delivery plans.

The role requires 3–7 years of telecom project management experience, strong LMR/Wireless and IP networking background, and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical or Information Technology.
• 3–7 years of proven technical project management experience in telecom networks or IT managed services.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Governance & Lifecycle Management: liaise between stakeholders and leadership.
• Project Management: oversee baselines, scopes, dependencies, schedules and KPIs.
• Stakeholder Alignment: resolve architectural and delivery bottlenecks with leads and engineers.
• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Cross-functional coordination and ownership for assigned projects.
