Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee upgrade projects across AMEA, ANZ and LACR. You will coordinate hardware and software releases, lead technical discussions, and translate complexity into actionable delivery plans.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in telecom IT, with LMR/wireless expertise, strong governance skills, and proficiency in Jira, Confluence and MS Project. Travel under 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Information Technology.
• 4–7 years of proven technical project management experience in telecom networks, systems integration, complex software deployments, or IT managed services.
• Strong background in LMR / Wireless Systems (TETRA, APX, P25) and IT terminology.
• Experience with coordinating cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional upgrade projects across AMEA, ANZ and LACR regions and coordinate technical discussions.
• Manage project baselines, dependencies, schedules, budgets and KPIs.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies to avoid delivery delays.
