Job summary

Cipta Industrial Sdn. Bhd. in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead customer projects from kickoff to delivery.

You will understand requirements, develop plans, manage scope, milestones, budgets and resources, and coordinate cross-functional activities. The role requires PMP certification, at least 3 years of project management experience, and Mandarin fluency for China-focused projects.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate and coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners, particularly for projects involving the China market.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.

• Develop project plans covering scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, budget and resources.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and cross-functional project activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, delays and resource constraints and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate product development, sample preparation, testing, approval, production readiness and delivery.
• Work closely with technical teams to evaluate technical feasibility, product specifications, materials and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate raw material requirements, availability and technical suitability.
• Support Sales and Management in project proposals, quotations, costing and commercial submissions.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure technical commitments are properly verified before being communicated to customers or suppliers. TPM requirement
