Job summary

CHEMTRAX SDN BHD is seeking a workshop/technical operations support role in Malaysia to coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections and repairs. The role includes liaising with workshops, suppliers and insurers, planning preventive maintenance, maintaining records, and ensuring roadworthiness and safety in line with company requirements.

The successful candidate will monitor spare parts and workshop equipment, handle procurement and invoicing, and assist with insurance claims and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Ensure all vehicles are safe, roadworthy and operational.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with workshops, suppliers and insurance companies.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and follow up on vehicle defects/breakdowns.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and reports.
• Monitor spare parts, tyres and workshop equipment.
• Prepare and monitor PR, PO, quotations and invoices.
• Coordinate insurance claims and vehicle repairs.
• Monitor PUSPAKOM, JPJ, road tax, permits and related compliance.
• Prepare maintenance reports and monthly summaries.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior/management.
