Job summary

Skud Technical is seeking a Technical Executive (Engineering Reports & Documentation) to turn field data into clear, professional reports, certificates and AutoCAD drawings. You will report to the CPT Manager and be based in our engineering office with site exposure as you learn testing standards.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will compile data from the field, prepare forms, maintain calibration records, and coordinate with project and field teams while ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• Strong written English; able to write clear technical documents.
• Able to read engineering and layout drawings.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Very careful and detail-oriented; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in engineering documentation, drafting or report writing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compile data received from the field team into report templates.
• Prepare reports and certificates for cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, fume hoods and laminar flow units.
• Check data for missing or unclear readings and follow up with the field team.
• Submit reports to the CPT Manager for review and approval.
• Track submissions, revisions and client comments.
• Convert rough site sketches into neat AutoCAD drawings showing test points and filter locations.
• Update drawings when information changes.
• Prepare forms and documents before each job; maintain calibration records.
• File project documents in SharePoint and OneDrive; coordinate with project and field teams.

Skud Technical is the only company in Malaysia internationally certified for both air balancing (TAB) and cleanroom testing (CPT). Our clients include semiconductor plants, pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, laboratories and data centres.

The Role

You will report to our CPT Manager and be based in our engineering office, working with data collected by our field team, with opportunities for site exposure as you learn our testing standards. Your main job is to turn that data into accurate, professional reports, certificates and AutoCAD drawings.
