Job summary

Cleanroom Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an engineer with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction to verify and prepare cleanroom drawings and documentation.

The role requires coordination with Production and Project teams, timely delivery of drawings, and participation in audits. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and cleanroom systems is essential, with strong Bahasa Melayu and English communication.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Construction) or equivalent.
• Required Software skill(s): AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of Cleanroom architectural system.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal (Bahasa Melayu and English).

Responsibilities

• Verify and comply with customer requirements for projects and design drawings.
• Prepare drawings according to specifications and requirements.
• Issue job orders and packing lists for Production Department.
• Coordinate with Production and Project Department on technical issues and schedules.
• Record and keep all drawings documentation according to Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Complete drawings on time.
• Complete project planning and project design material calculation.
• Update on drawing status to the Project PIC and Technical Manager.
• Correspond with Project PIC / Manager on design details clarification.
• Participate and support internal and external audit activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Superior / Manager.

To issue job order and packing list for Production Department.

To coordinate with Production and Project Department on technical issue and schedule.

To ensure all drawings documentation are recorded and kept according to Integrated Management System (IMS).

To complete drawings on time.

To complete project planning and project design material calculation.

To follow up and update on drawing status to the Project PIC and Technical Manager.

Correspond with Project PIC / Manager on design details clarification.

To participate and support during internal and external audit activities.

To perform other tasks as assigned by Superior / Manager.
