Pertama Crane & Engineering in Selangor, Malaysia invites a technically inclined engineer to join the team. The role supports site visits, crane preparation, and lifting-plan development for project execution.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 2–3 years in engineering or construction viewed as advantageous. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and independent work are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• AUTOCAD skills.
• 2–3 years in technical assistance or engineering/construction preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration across levels.
• Independent with minimal supervision; team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings to assess project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate cranes and lifting equipment for site operations.
• Develop lifting plan proposals in safety and project specifications.
• Assist operations in project planning, execution and technical assistance.
• Involve with store/yard and equipment for continuous improvement.
• Prepared work progress report for client, own team and superior.
• Report progress directly to General Manager for work progress.
