Pertama Crane & Engineering is seeking a proactive Mechanical Engineering diploma holder to join our technical team. The position involves site visits, coordination of cranes and lifting equipment, and developing compliant lifting plans for project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• AUTOCAD skills required.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical assistance or engineering/construction is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at all levels.
• Good working attitude and strong learning ability.
• Independent and can work with minimal supervision.
• Team player and positive thinker.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings to assess project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate cranes and lifting equipment for site operations.
• Develop lifting plan proposals in compliance with safety and project specifications.
• Assist the operation team in project planning, execution and technical assistance.
• Involve with store/ yard and equipment for continuous improvement.
• Prepare work progress reports for client, own team and superior.
• Report directly to General Manager for work progress.
