Job summary

Sense Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Marketing Support Intern with technical knowledge (ICT, Electronics, or Computer) to join the team. The role bridges marketing planning with technical expertise to sell complex products in IT, Electronics, Surveillance, or Smart Home Tech sectors.

The intern will assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, deliver product demos, capture requirements, and contribute to setup documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma completed in IT/Electronics/Electrical or Marketing.
• Basic computer understanding is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret customer technical requirements.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Deliver product demos and training.
• Support configuration for basic applications.
• Document customer issues and resolutions; escalate complex problems.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
• Participate in testing new products and preparing setup guides.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage RFQs, tenders, quotations.
• Collaborate with design, production, quality, marketing, R&D and management.

Requirements
