• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Indoor sales team on quotation generation and set up appointments with potential customers.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls/emails.
• Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for development and closure.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate deliveries for assigned customers.
• Identify risks and implement business process improvements to enhance customer service operations.
• Maintain high-quality service, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Provide monthly reporting support and assist management on special projects.
