Job summary

I‑Xeon Technologies is seeking a technical support professional to assist with software installation, upgrades, and system integration. You will coordinate equipment integration, configure interfaces, and support data exchange between systems.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Melayu. Remote or on-site support may be needed across projects in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, particularly C#.
• Experience in technical support, system integration, equipment integration, or software version upgrades preferred.
• Familiarity with system communication protocols, messaging middleware, or application integration technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of TIBCO Rendezvous and RabbitMQ is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Bahasa Melayu.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software installation, version upgrades, configuration, and system integration activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate equipment integration and software upgrade activities per project requirements and schedules.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining system interfaces, communication services, and middleware to support data exchange between systems and equipment.
• Perform system testing, verification, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Work closely with technical teams, project coordinators, customers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
• Monitor technical activities and progress, and follow up on outstanding issues to support timely delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation including configuration records, upgrade logs, testing results, issue reports, and implementation status.
• Identify potential technical risks and escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution.
• Provide remote or on-site technical support as required by project requirements.

Requirements
