EXIS TECH SDN. BHD. is expanding its production team and inviting motivated engineers to join our growing manufacturing operation in Malaysia. The role involves applying production procedures, driving 5S practices, and coaching operators to achieve on-time output.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged, and some travel for training may be required.

Willing to travel overseas for training and technical support, if required.
5-day work week.

Conduct stock takes as required.
Handle other tasks as assigned by superior.
Maintain proper line procedures and productivity.

To perform the production department procedure are properly adhered .
To practice 5 S Good House Keeping .
To apply relevant departmental procedure are been properly executed .
To train, supervise and guide operator to complete job on time.
To built good relationship with other department.
To continuously improve work process to reduce cost.
To apply safety and cleanliness of working area.
To conduct stock take as and when required.
To handle any other job as maybe assigned by the superior.
To ensure relevant line procedure are been properly executed.
To perform and meet productivity efficiency.
To do it right the first time.
To maintain the cleanliness of working areas and equipment in good proper working condition.
To report problems to superior immediately.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Relevant working experience is an added advantage
Good command of English and Malay (written and spoken)
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (for communication with China)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
