Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled technical sales professional to develop and manage sales opportunities. You will conduct customer site visits, identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships to drive retention and future business.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, 2-3 years in industrial sales, and the ability to explain product specifications. Willingness to travel and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales or industrial product sales.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Sales driven, self motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct customer site visits to understand operations, requirements and applications.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Recommend suitable battery and charger solutions based on customer needs and equipment specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations to customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, quotations and customer documentation.
