Job summary

AAT Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a field service technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support installation and testing at construction sites. The role requires travel across the assigned territory and a proactive, safety-conscious approach.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic) and 2–3 years of related experience. CIDB green card and own transport are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions for the assigned territory.
• Attend to emergency service calls and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with project, installation and testing at construction sites.
• Carry out rectification works for defects highlighted by DOSH.
• Understand technical problems through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
• Ensure service tasks are performed within assigned budget and timeline.
• Adhere to company guidelines and safety policies to create a positive and safe work environment.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Malaysian ONLY.

Minimum at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 ~3 years working experience in related fields is required for this position.

Required CIDB green card.

Must possess own transport and willing to travel at short notice.

Punctually and good time management.

Self motivation and possess a positive working attitude.

Ability to work independently (Outstation), work flexible shift and adapt to changing work schedule.
