Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Field Service Technician with a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). The role covers installation, service and maintenance in customer sites, with hands-on assembly and on-site supervision.

You must be able to travel locally and overseas, possess a valid driver license (GDL a plus), and be willing to work overtime. The position involves coordinating with the Project Engineer/Manager to install, inspect, test and commission projects while ensuring safe

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas
• Possess a valid driver license and own car
• GDL license is an added advantage
• Overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assemblies and customer field services- Installation, Service and Maintenance
• Assist the Project Engineer/Manager in delivering the projects by supervising on-site activities during site installation, inspection, testing and commissioning
• Ensure that materials and equipment delivered to site are adequately identified, and safely handled and stored to prevent loss, damage or injury
• Troubleshoot any technical problems and provide after sales services
• Any other duties associated with your position as and when necessary from time to time.
