Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking an Inside Sales professional to be the first point of contact for business owners, promoting opportunities to grow their online marketing visibility. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering outstanding service to clients, advertisers and users.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 1 year of inside/field sales experience, with strong English communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inside/field sales roles.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Cloud solutions exposure and familiarity with cloud concepts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact to business owners for online marketing opportunities.
• Manage business inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide outstanding service to clients, advertisers, publishers and users.
• Offer strategic advice and solve issues in a consultative role with clients.
• Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support quality management.
