Job summary

Minimum 3 years experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or related roles.
Experience in Food Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, or FMCG is preferred.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service mindset; problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups across the sales cycle.
Coordinate between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare quotations, COA, SDS, Halal docs, regulatory and commercial paperwork.
Manage customer questionnaires, product registrations, and samples efficiently.
Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and team.
Support CRM updates, onboarding, and project tracking for accuracy.
Resolve complaints with internal stakeholders for prompt outcomes.
Maintain master data, pricing records, and sales docs with accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain for inventory planning and demand forecasting.
Prepare sales and pipeline reports for visibility and strategy.
Support customer visits, seminars, product launches, and principal visits as needed.
