You will develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, provide technical solutions, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams, and support end-to-end project quotes and negotiations, with clear career growth paths into

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Electronics, Semiconductor, Sales, Components, PCB, PCBA or Wire Harness Cable industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.
• Passion for technology, sales, and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with customers across various industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Provide technical consultation and solutions to customers.
• Work closely with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to support customer projects.
• Quotations, PO, proposals, and project follow-ups.
• Gain exposure to PCB, PCBA, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, and industrial applications.
• Participate in customer visits, technical discussions, and business negotiations.
• Build both technical knowledge and commercial acumen simultaneously.
