Job summary
Redmark Industry Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is expanding its sales team and seeking a Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer to drive new business and support customers with technical solutions.
You will identify new customers, present equipment and automation solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Fresh graduates welcome; travel-friendly; Mandarin helpful for Penang base.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in technical sales or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel and own transport is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, QA/QC, R&D, and industrial sectors.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and technical proposals.
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Propose suitable equipment and technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on pricing, delivery, and projects.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
